TRANSIT

A discipleship journey for Yr8-11s.

Moving from Primary into Secondary School young people experience a massive amount of change. They are in transit. It’s in this transition stage they begin to ask questions, express doubts, explore issues of faith and experience all sorts of pressures.

We have created an environment focused on equipping these young people for the road ahead as we engage with God's word together, explore what it means to be a disciple of Jesus and if they choose to be a disciple, discover how to make disciples of all nations beginning right here in Belfast.

We've split into small groups by school year, each with two leaders, who journey together, meeting every other week. Once a month for breakfast and worship from 10.15am followed by small group, the other week it's straight into small group from 10.45am.

The year 11 small group stay with us up to Christmas to help them engage and integrate into family life at Windsor.

Jessica's Story

Jessica's Story

"Clay is a great opportunity for fun and fellowship and has a fantastic praise group. I was nervous at first because I’d be one of the youngest teenagers but everyone welcomed me and its helpfulness goes beyond Sundays. We consider how to serve God in everyday situations and can be honest in our small groups about our struggles. They’ve also given us booklets to help us study the Bible at home."
