The Icons

The icons on the site represent the ambitions and vision of Windsor Baptist. Designed for us by one of our members, Charles Beattie, they represent the concept of a church without walls, which is committed to continue into the new millennium characterised by:

Belonging + A family which can grow and share together	Multiplying x A church which is expanding through conversions	Serving = A body whose gifts are developed & deployed.	Going > A base for workers in world mission.

Each icon is set in the context of a Church without walls to represent the challenge we believe the Church has to face. Too often our Church life is practised behind closed doors, with closed minds and everyone else closed out! Our ambition is to be open and transparent in our relationships in the community and to conduct our lives and worship as if the building we use didn't have walls.

We recognise we have a long way to go to realise our ambitions and achieve our goals but we are enjoying the adventure of life together in the Church.
