There is much debate and discussion about the exact chronology of the events during the week that led up to and included the death and resurrection of Jesus. The following outline should, based on Mark's Gospel, provide a useful guide to the week as it unfolded. (None of the Gospels makes explicit reference to events on Wednesday or Saturday)
